Rented an Tyt wish for Malaysia holidays and i got to say we had a pleasant journey with no problems possible from the car itself. Car was in good condition and clean when i collected from the staff named Donald. Staff was very friendly and even do thorough check before handing over the car to me. Rented more than 9 times from them when ever i come here for work trip. if i not wrong the staff who serve me was super friendly. esp the staff name Donald..he is super kind and helpful and friendly. definitely a boss you wanna work with and also a boss you wanna rent your car from. Rented a MPV for my family holiday. Not the Cheapest rate but also not high I found after comparing many others. Was attended to by Donald. Service was good n fast. Car was clean & in good condition before handover. Rental agreement was transparent and explanation was clear, no hidden clause. Rented during NDP. While other companies have specific days or more minimal rental days, Oscarsleasig able to accommodate to my shorter days. The whole process was fast and communicated via whatsapp. During collection, car was already ready but would prefer if the petrol was FULL. I can call Donald for any issues encountered during my rental period. (called him once) During return, it was pretty fast as well. Nothing else to say but the best for Oscarsleasing. They Take safety very seriously and have a zero-tolerance policy towards reckless car users. Their terms will definitely make any driver feel even more disciplined to take care of their leasing cars , Really know how to bring out the best in and maintain older cars very well, that are deemed by others out there to be 'on the verge of scrap and Know their loyal customers really well and provide excellent service and response. I am gladly recommend to rental at this amazing car rental company, they’re very patient and have great customer service like top notch service, they gave me discount the day of my return and asked me if I want to extend with discount and I gladly accept it and extend my rental. Is our first time renting a vehicle, i have heard of many horror story about rental companies but we needed a car to ferry family from overseas. I am very happy renting the car from Oscarsleasing. The price is reasonable car is clean and that the most important to me and my family.Btw Donald is very helpful by lending me is Hp holder and when i return the car,i left my wallet in it and i know is my responsibility to check the car before i leave.
