Extremely Satisfied with the rental experience provided by MCL Garage, especially with Shawn and Jack. Was searching for a Golf R/GTI and came across MCL Garage. The personal was quick to respond, and was able to book VW Golf R for use in SG and M'sia. The service was top notch even after returning the car. Although the car was returned dirty on the exterior by the previous rental but Shawn apologise and reimburse the carwash. Customer Service: Jack at MCL was incredibly friendly and helpful. He walked me through the rental process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I left. It was refreshing to deal with people who genuinely cared about my experience. Vehicle Quality: I rented an Audi S5, and it was in decent condition. The car was clean. Pricing: The pricing was transparent and competitive. There were no hidden fees, and everything was clearly explained in the contract. I felt like I received great value for the price I paid, especially considering the quality of the vehicle and service.
