My previous Mercedes is on Autoshield Diamond Series Solar Film and lasted more than 4 years with no issue at all. My wife needs UV protection and their films provide 99% UV rejection and help to shield my new born from the sunlight. We find their films much cooling than the rest we have tried before. All my cars personal and company cars and my colleagues, we sent them over to Autoshield Solar Film and we only use their Diamond Series which we find is top of the league in the entire Singapore. We used to paste our films from any shop that offers reasonable and fast downtime but after we tried Autoshield Solar Film randomly, we realized that not all films are the same. Theirs definitely is of higher quality due to better heat rejection that we can feel a vast difference from our previous films. So we have been sending our vehicles to them. Had a new born baby and needed a ultra good solar film to protect her dedicated skin when we travel. Went around a few tinting shops to test and see their films etc. We ended up settling for Autoshield Diamond Series for their super strong reputation, ultra willing to answer all my noob questions via whatsapp almost 24/7 and from their replies they know a great deal of solar film more than any shop out there. Clean and nicely organized workshop. Can see they have hundreds of rolls of Autoshield branding solar films in their working area. Never see so many rolls of films from any tinting shop I went before. Tested and opted for their Diamond Series that comes with 5 year warranty. Very quick and nice job done on my car. After a car gathering at Kallang Leisure Park for a lunch, I realized my new car is way too much hotter than my khakis' cars. They seat in to try mine and agreed very hot. Noticed they had their films installed at Autoshield Solar Film and we know there's a cafe and open carpark there, 5 of us drove over. Tested their films and opted the same as per my friends to take Autoshield Diamond Series. We hopped next door for drinks and catch up chat and before long, all is done. Failed my inspection at Sin Ming inspection center due to my solar film didn't meet the minimum 70% VLT as stated on their inspection sheet. Google and found Autoshield Solar Film to be very near and read up that their LTA compliant films means 100% meeting LTA specification with meter to show you on site their readings. My bad for approaching those cheaper version months back to have to replace them. Contact Autoshield Solar Film and head down, they use the same meter used by the inspection center and also confirmed my reading is 63% VLT which failed the regulation requirement. I opted for Autoshield Diamond Series, took them 1 hours to replace and complete their job. Measure again, I am at 71% VLT. Took a pic, went down to reinspect, passed with flying color! I am happy!
