First time servicing my car with Precise Auto and was attended by Ah Kiong. Booking of appointment was hassle free beforehand and prompt replies by the boss. What I like was after checking my car, Ah Kiong provided a detailed diagnosis and showed me where the problems were underneath the car (Something that most car workshops will not do). Even though my car just want to do general servicing, but the mechanic - Sing Jie was served my car like his own, he did vacuum and clean up my car while servicing was done. I have been to other workshop servicing before but their just change engine oil and oil filter but never clean up for my car.
