Had been with this workshop for 2 years now. I own a hybrid car that is >10yo and it is uncommon on the roads, so my car and I are probably not the best customers to have due to the rarity of some spare parts in the market now. However, Joanne and team had been very helpful and patient in addressing the issues I raised to them. Just last night, my brake lights just wouldn't go off even after i shut down the engine. I reached out to Joanne at 10pm+ about it and she was ok for me to drop off my car at the workshop even though it was closed. She even arranged for one of her mechanics to help unplug the battery of my car the same night to preserve my battery's health. I was delighted to hear from Joanne that my car was fixed at no charges this morning! Definitely recommend this workshop to folks out there as I am sure we all need a reliable and friendly partner when it comes to emergencies! Moreover, they do not recommend unnecessary parts changes, cares for the pockets of customers. Thank u Joanne and team!! - Patricia Chee
