I wish to share the wonderful service which I have got from Cheng Chuan Motors. When my car was hit from behind three weeks ago , I wondered whom to send it for repair and fortunately found Cheng Chuan through online search. Rest is history and my car was not only repaired to its original condition but also all other issues such as insurance claim and relief car etc, are well taken care of. I had just spent only about half an hour at Cheng Chuan workshop and collected my car after few days. No hassles and it was done very professionaly. I just left my car at their workshop, got a relief car to drive and got a call from them within few days to collect back the car. They have guided me for the incident reporting & insurance claim and lawyer assistance. This is the first time ever I get involved in any car accident related matters, but their professional help made it like a very minor issue.
