Followed Kelvin for over 12 years. Together with his business partner, they are like a family friend looking after our family car after all these years. Honest to goodness with his advice and never hard sold any add ons. Always attended to root cause of problems and never suggested superficial repairs to fix symptoms. I live in Punggol and still make the trip down to service my car with them on time. Highly recommended

Been using their service the last 3 or 4 times for normal servicing, tyre problems, battery problems. Whether it's my previous Nissan Latio or current Honda Jazz, no problem.

Each time always willing to share what they know. Very different from workshop by authorised distributor as they don't educate you much unless you persist in asking, and the person you talk to is usually the middleman between you and the mechanic. Here at ERA Auto, your only contact is the mechanic as there's no middleman. And usually 2 of them will come and explain/educate to understand the car better if the other is free.

Gives me the feeling of a family mechanic where you bring your car to someone you trust to fix it.

Setting appointment with them has always been very convenient too. Payment was through PayNow so it's easy.

My exhaust has been giving me problems for some time and EVERYTIME i went to do a check at other workshops they will say that there's no problem, probably just to brush me off. Friend recommended me to Kelvin's and i went down for a check.

When i reached the WS, managed to get Teo to have a look and he too agreed that my exhaust has some issues (due to me always knocking it). Fast forward when i came back just 20mins later, he has rectified it and i'm super satisfied it was finally resolved.

Both Teo and Kelvin gave some pointers, and even helped checked for any other issues on my car. Very friendly, no hard selling and are experts. Overall, am extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend to others.

Initially, I thought my exhaust was loosen causing the car to vibrate... Then as I drove the engine got hotter... That's when I decided to give Kelvin a try since he was highly rated in MCF.

SMS to make appointment, went down spoke with him on the problem and he knew the ignition coils caused the vibration. Give me options and let me choose. Not pushy nor hard selling.

I got to know about ERA Auto (Kelvin) from the Nissan Latio forum some years ago and back end, I was servicing my car over at Autosaver but wasn't very please with Autosaver's pricing and value-for-moneyness.

Knowing ERA Auto was a blessing, Kelvin and his team are really Nissan experts and have helped me solved several problems big and small with my Nissan Latio.

Down to earth, they give you honest opinions and feedback based on your situation, no hard-sell or make you feel uncomfortable. What's more, they are really fast, repairs are usually done earlier than expected.

The only thing I would ask for is to have NETS payment facility, otherwise got to pay cash all the time :)

I been have going to the same place for servicing my car for the last 6 years. They are prompt in their servicing, what Tan Chong took whole day for basic servicing, they can do it in within 3 hours or less. They will inform you what is require to change and will not hard sell you. I am have been impress with their trouble shooting skills. They are the Nissan experts, but the do other japanese cars too. It is hard to have a reliable mechanic, but for me, Kelvin and his team is a reliable and thrustworthy.
