To be honest, I am a difficult customer and will normally compare a few service providers before engaging them. Same goes for my own vehicle and I must say Protech Auto charges very reasonably.

Visited Protech Auto recently for my servicing and Peter was able to help point out certain faults on my car when I just mentioned a few symptoms! Proceeded to rectify them and the job was done very efficiently. Was really impressed with the quality of their work and service.

Most importantly, they are transparent and reasonable with their prices and the service is excellent! The workshop is also equipped with NETS so I don't have to withdraw cash and I find this very convenient.

The place also gives me a good experience as it is brightly lit and clean unlike many other workshops that I have visited before.

Proceed to get their promotion servicing package. Upon collecting my car, the in charge explains to me the things done and share with me some servicing tips.

No additional charges needed for my basic servicing. No pushing or recommendation of other parts to be changed. Strongly recommended.

Protech Auto charges a really good reasonable price, and they use fully synthetic premium lexus oil for servicing ($58), which resulted in higher fuel efficiency for my car (harrier previously consume 11-12km/litre to after servicing going at 15-16 km/litre). They did a good job in checking my car too. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and relatives. Thanks!
