I sent my car in for checking at Hock Cheong Automec Bukit Timah location in Nov 2018. The man at that time said I should change my aircon coil as it was leaking and that's why my aircon is no longer cold at all. I told him that I would think about it but asked him to top it up with gas first. He charged me $30 for gas top up. A week later my aircon was not cold again so I went back to get a gas top up again. A another man then said it was $50 for gas top up!! I was upset and told the man it was rubbish as I was only charged $30 the last time by his colleague. He then said "Ok $30" Just like that!

Subsequently I went to another workshop in Sin Ming Autocity and I was only charged $20 for gas top up.

I would never go back to Hock Cheong Automec workshop again!
