Sent car in to fix airbag light issue. Called me a few days later informing me that the airbags in my car popped while they checking. All seatbelts were damaged as a result as well. They denied responsibility, saying that it's my faulty module that caused the damaged seatbelts and popped airbags.
After some negotiation they offered to bear half the cost of replacing the items. I have no choice as I would have to pay full cost if I send the car somewhere else.
Finally gotten my car back after almost 2 MONTHS and to my dismay, the bill (excluding the airbag module that I sourced myself) came up to $2.6k plus. They also did a engine oil change without consulting me first. When I inform the office lady that I didn't request for an oil change, instead of checking first, she insisted that the mechanic would have told me first before proceeding. Of course he didn't.
The interior of the car have oil marks all over. When I pointed that out the mechanic said they already cleaned it. Then he got another guy to clean it again which was still unsatisfactory.
The panel for the airbag is loose with foam exposed. He simply said it's the panel spoil not their fault.
I really don't know how they can do business like that. I really could have just went to agent to get it fixed at this cost. Please AVOID AT ALL COST.
