My 6 months old Honda Civic(Black) look old with all the swirls on my car. Thanks to First Auto and Zaino, after the supervisor (I think his name is Henry) has done up the job. All the swirls are gone and my car looks brand new. I was also introduce to their membership which to my surprise, the price was reasonable for the result I get. Really value for money. Just send in my A3 for Zaino coats last week. Extremely happy with the result, all the usual swirls totally off. They mentioned to me about the paint correction thingy that is the formulate to the removal of the spider web-like swirls. Pretty impressed with the before and after pictures presented by the staff there. They showed the pictures taken on the spot during the whole process. The wet-look of the jack black on my car was crazy, afterall this product did live up to its name. Have not really seen before the shine that deep, since the day one I bought this hatchback. Also thanks to the staff there by the name of Ah Heng (If i still can remember this name), who thought me about the after wash maintenance with the Z6 & Z7, pretty helpful.

Sent in my Blackie Bimmer E90. I was impressed by their meticulous craftsmanship. Unlike many place that keep emphasizing on shine and gloss only, First Auto Ventures keep emphasizing on the rectifying flaws. Micro flaws too! My car was ridden with swirl marks and watermarks. Spoke to SS Tay about my predicament, and left. Return to collect what i thought was newer than new car. World class finish! I am an avid DIY-er myself and i am impressed! 3 months on and the car still gleems sickly with pride. Other than some swirl marks my maid inflicted accidentally, the paintwork still gleems like new after evry weekly wash! All my bimmers and merc are now under the care of SS TAY and the guys! No more DIY! KUDOS!
