I was originally a patron of their outlet at caltex along macpherson road. I found their attention to cleanliness of car and low price attractive and I've been their customer for years. I guess that was also the reason they had long queues. Now, they have moved to a near location along Bartley road east. I really like this new location. No more waiting in the hot sun and fewer cars. Haven't had to wait more than two cars ahead of me for a wash. Downside is they're slightly more ex now. Open everyday till 8pm. They no longer have their signature coupon promo but still the best wash + vacuum + tyre shine package. I still go back for weekly wash.

After reading all the comments from few years back I still decided to go down personally to try on their services and they actually prove that I'm wrong , to be honest their car wash service is really clean and fast , as for their car polish I did try it too and all I could say is SUPERB because they really put in their 100% in anything and everything they do and the workers there are friendly and nice , special shout out to Andy Toh and Ok Toh for their services too . Car repair , tires , rims and battery services 2. Car exterior and interior grooming and many more , its also 1. Conveniently accessible 2. Service oriented staff 3. Cozy waiting lounge 4. Sheltered environment and lastly a luxurious ~6000sft space . This is a place I highly recommend trying because it really makes you satisfied until you feel like coming again. Recently I went to this shop and bought a set of 14" rims for my Geely Ck, I downsize my rims from 15" to 14" for the sake to attain better economy. The shop owner,Andy Toh, attended to me and was very kind to spend time recommending me rims that fit my car. At first I was not delighted with the designs he showed me initially, from there he actually gave me a catalog of other rims for me choose. Finally I saw a design that I like but he does not have the items in his place. However, I was very surprised that he actually made a phone call to e distributor and asked for the rims that i wanted to be delivered immediately to his place for me to view. I waited for 20 mins for the rims to arrive and yes, it was the set that i wanted. Great job for Tech Neat! Impressive!

After reviewing the comments I decided to visit them, they are friendly & really have passion in their work. Especially my car leather seats just like giving them "botox" all the wrinkles are gone - clean & smooth. I had it done few weeks ago the exterior & interior of my car still looks new. Most importantly their charges are reasonable. Beside polishing/waxing/leather shampoo & conditioning they also provide car hand wash services but usually there will be a short Q. WELL DONE Techneat Team!!

visited them for polish and interior cleaning. Took abt 6hrs. But worth the wait coz when i collected my car, interior smell fresh and my my car looked like when i just bought it. And it cost me only $78 for polish and $70 for interior cleaning. Well done.
