I purchased 4 sets of this ITB100hd car cams (on behalf of friends) last week. Just like to commend Xavier on the entire experience: From the enquiry-making stage to the purchase and collection of the cams, the experience had been very positive. Xavier was very patient in attending to the enquiries (by phone and text msgs) and professional as well. No hard selling. Just genuine customer service. Though there might seemingly cheaper models off the shelve, I decided to settle for ITB100hd coz of the research I did across these popular alternatives ITB100HD offers good value and reliability; and for the peace of mind of buying from a seller with so many positive reviews and who actually did offer genuine customer service. So I'm quite sure that Xavier's after sales service would be just as excellent. Only downside for me is that this ITB100hd's software works only on Windows, and not on Mac. But this is manageable though. Thanks for the great product and positive experience!

Bought the ITB 1000 from Xavier and just installed it on my Merc at Aldan Motors. Camera was very well installed and the power magic was hidden in the dashboard. So you couldn't really see the wires and the power magic unit. The cost of installation is more than usual. Its about $65 excluding GST but the workmanship was quite good. The video quality during parking and driving were very sharp. It's a quantum leap from my last in vehicle camera. I'm overall very pleased with the product and would recommend it. Tip to note, buy an extra SD card on standby because if there is an incident involved, the 8GB card will only give you 3 hours of recording.

I'd like to recommend this car cam to anyone who is thinking of getting 1. Other than it's impressive function, this cam is very light weight & slick looking ! Thank you Xavier for taking time to explain this car cam to a newbie like me. Thumbs up !!!

after doing some research, finally decided to purchase ITB-100HD from Xavier today. posted some of my queries to Xavier after playing with the new toy and he managed to answer them with satisfaction.

Bought the ITB-100 from DVR Security Xuite. Good & clear recordings. After service is good. Installed at the recommended workshop in AMK Auto Pt. Very good customer service even though i went back to ask them re-check the wrings & the installer patiently explained how he fixed up & dismantled everything to show the good workmanship. End up, found that it was due to the faulty car battery.

a very knowledgable chap. took time to explain to a 1st time buyer and on a saturday afternoon! just had it installed in my car by 1 of the recommended workshop by Xavier. and now is to test out the product which I believe will serve its purpose perfectly fine! thumbs up!

Used it for the past 2 weeks and it has never crashed on me !!! Most importantly, it passed the stress test with vibrant colors. Day and night video is good and most importantly. You can have lots of choices out there but what's the point of buying something that does not serve its intention well and worst, pay high price for a cam is not worth every penny. Try it and you will be another happy driver like me, feeling safe and know that you will be protected if the need arises. Well done for bringing such a great product in Xavier. Cheers.

Great product recommended by Xavier Chong. Was initially afraid that difficulties may arise when it comes to installation in continental cars, but as it turned out, Xavier had workshop recommendations for various car makes. And a wonderful job the workshop did for my car! No fuss in usage, comes with comprehensive manual and customized English application, and firmware upgrades availability notifications are provided by DSXuite themselves! Would definitely recommend this product.

I purchased the Itronics ITB-100HD. No fuss service from Xavier. Took time to answer my pre-sale questions. Punctual during pick-up appointment. Even though the price was different on the pick-up day, he honoured my previous quote on the forum. Good video quality from the Itronics. Simple to use. Slim profile blends in with the rear-view mirror, making it hard to spot from outside. Overall, good merchant to deal with and good quality product. Looking forward to more quality products from Xavier.

Have been buying different models of DVR from DVR Security Xuite. Fantastic product knowledge and customer service from Xavier! Just recently got myself the ITB100HD.
