It was by chance that I found the services that EmpireB offer. One phonecall, and off I went, for the appointment. Joel, who is very scrupulous in the services, did a very detailed analysis on the 'before' condition of the vehicle, before any work take place. Comprehensive explanation was given, over the procedures that will take place. I did find it a little too detailed, but happy, as I found a service provider that is well versed with the knowledge, and have high expectation of the level of product given. Overall, very good product and services given, and guidances on how to maintain the 'shiny' look was taught. I went down to empireB yesterday for grooming. This is so far the most professional groomer i have met so far! Joel will source all the best products and use it together on your car. And empireB have a very systematic way for getting your car groom! They will spray some solution to scrub off all the edges and insignificant areas that you will not be fussy about. Wash with bubble foam, clay the whole car to remove more dirt and apply a layer of wax. I will definitely recommend all brothers and sisters here to patronize empireB!!!! Good job Joel!!!

Went down for their single session grooming package for my 5-day old grey ride. I like the way they handled my car. I used to self-wash my old car and always start with rinsing with water and sweeping off sand and dirt gently with my bare hands. Looking at how they work, I know my car is in good hands. I chatted with Joel while waiting and learned quite abit about the products and also bought some off the shelf products, the SmartOne and SmartCarWash to self-groom my car. Excellent service and no pushy sales made me decide to go ahead with the products. The entire session was a no-rush-job and I'm very satisfied with the results. I went to EmpireB for car wax three weeks ago. I am pleasantly surprised that my car is still shiny during this rainy season. Definitely worth a trip down!
