A friend intro me over to this workshop, for the first time it was like I know them for years.... The guys there are very friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra mile to help solve the problem. As some of the workshop are always trying to earn that kind of extra, this place is likewise, the are honest with me and pricing very reasonable and affordable. Terrible experience so far @ Kaki Bukit outlet.
1) Poor maintenance of vehicle
2) Poor customer service
3) Dissatisfactory of service

1) Poor Maintenance of Vehicle
Had to return to the workshop 3 times with the Hiace due to lack of maintenance from the workshop.
- To change diesel filter
- To have vehicle regen DPF(Which failed)
- To change vehicle (Hiace to NV350)

The Hiace was also badly maintained interior wise as well as it was filled with many tiny cockroaches that even after I helped this company cleaned the van and tried exterminate the pest, there's still a few stragglers running around.

NV350 was cleaner but had a dead lizard in the air condition vents, probably for a few weeks judging from the decay of the body.

2) Poor customer service
First when I approached, mechanic was rude. Expected us to know what to do as though we are regulars who knows what steps to follow.

Replacement vehicle came 40mins late from the appointment time, when vehicle came, no one(A lot of free people walking around) bothered to help me shift my stuff after being delayed.

3) Damages claim
Upon returning the vehicle, I went to the pioneer outlet where they literally did their job of checking the vehicle and they claimed that I've scratched all 4 corner lights(2 front, 2 back) as well as the lights on the mirror and would charge me for damage fees.

When I got the NV350 at the Kaki Bukit outlet, they told me that the van just came back from spray painting as it had many scratches prior. Since I didn't had time to check after wasting precious time waiting for the vehicle from the appointment time, I didn't check the vehicle condition.

This I clearly know I didn't do as my factory and jobsites are both at open areas. After years of driving, there's no scratches on my car or van except the door handle area. After being told that the van had many scratches that they needed to spray paint the whole body, it makes it more believable that it also got scratched then as they did not change the lights but only sprayed the body.

The company said it was not listed in the records of being scratched last when they got back the vehicle, but from my own experience when I returned the Hiace, no one bothered to check the vehicle condition for any tiny damages at all.

I should the one being compensated for the time and fuel wasted as well as the effort to clean their vehicles as they clearly couldn't be bothered. Some pictures of the disgusting things found in both vehicles.

In this case, despite our multiple attempts to explain why is the $100 penalty charged, you insisted on getting a refund. Although we couldn't reach a mutual agreement, we respect what you have to say.
