I called several times in the past 2 weeks, no one answered.
Went to their office at Serangoon North, and notice it was shut. More like a deserted place now.

I had a very bad experienced with Illume Auto. I mwas given an appointment by the company on 16/4 @10am but when I turn up @the company no one was there. i waited for 30min but was very dissapointed. Sms the boss of the company & was told maybe there was a communication breakdown. The guy Michael from Illume called me the next day to rearrange another appointment. He told me to come next Tuesday 23 April @10am.

Was there again @10 for goodness sake the same thing happened again. There was no one at the company. I called several time including the boss but no answered. Completely unprofessional. They never contacted me to explain the reason why was there no one there.

I would like to advise all potentail custiomers to consider when buying deals in any of the website as this company is completely untrustworthy, unprofessional and never appreciate its customer.

For those who bould their packages please be aware of their unproffessional worker. The also did an unprofessional job

Customer care was Great. Polising was average. Rim Cleaning Bad - All my rims still have loose brake dust on them, not expected when it's the easiest to clean. Location Bad - I had to pay $14 when i exited, not sure if i complimentary parking was available. Forfeited my last appt as i do not wanna spend another $14 on parking.

My first time to iLLUME AUTO l to get my ride for some polishing for the new year. Excellent service offered by Joe and Henry. Initally thought that it was just a normal exterior grooming, but it exceed my expectation :) Very satisfied with the end result, my car look so new both interior and exterior. Customer service is very good too, definitely will go back again, thumbs up for the good service ! :)
