Having heard so many negatives comments about car workshop, today was a great experience at Servo.
Air conditioning system broke down yesterday and I sent my car first thing in the morning 9am. The staff Ah Sheng was still opening the gate, he stopped and enquire what's wrong with my car. His actions spoke volumes - customer service as her top priority.
After he open the workshop proper, he got his technical supervisor Ah Di to do a joint analysis of the problem. They gave suggestions and costs involved. We concurred and proceeded with compressor changed.
Upon completion, I went to make payment through their admin staff Stefanie. She was professional and diligent in explaining the invoice.
Overall, a great experience with an efficient and professional workshop.

Went down Servo Autowerkz yesterday for my BMW 530i repair. The mechanics are very friendly, honest in showing me all the repair options and who is patient in explaining the repairs to me.. The repair cost is amongst the cheapest i find as well and for a specialist service its definitely worth it. Will definitely come back as a regular!

Good service and great experience for my new shock absorber replacement work done today. Especially the service team both Ah Ti and Ken provided good information and very knowledgeable for the work replacement. Most importantly is reasonable price for my A4. Keep it up servo autowerkz. Good serviced & Repaired work done for my A4 coolant reservoir cracked.
Specially thanks to Ah Ching (Mechanic) who attended to me and he's very knowledgeable in details and explaining all aspects for the replacement work process. Awesome...! Highly recommended...!
