I have rented many cars in Singapore everytime I'm back for a visit and I have to say that for the price, Carquotes cars are clean and well taken care of by their internal workshop. I was also pleasantly surprised by the level of service that Bent provides to his customers - he's very helpful and most importantly honest. One constructive comment I would like to make to Carquotes is to implement an automated booking system so that it's easier for Bent to access information and dates, or for customers to make changes themselves - it's super impressive that he is manually managing a fleet of 120 cars!

Rented my first car in Singapore from CarQuotes SG and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The team were very responsive to initial enquiries and furnished details with ease to support an immediate viewing.
Upon visiting the shop the rental agreement was dealt with by Ben, who was generous with his time and knowledge, again easing the process all the way to a successful outcome. Very professional and very clear throughout! I would heartily recommend and use again. DK

Rented a Nissan Teana from Bent for a month, so far so good. Great service and friendly staff with fuss free paperwork, I would highly recommend Bent and CarQuotes!

Bent was our first rep we met. He made us a promise that we will come back and fond him, which we did!!! A very honest guy who showed us a few cars until finally the Previa. Next we met Kelvin who is very down to earth and straight forward with us. He knew what we needed. We are very satisfied with CarQuotes!!!

Derrick and his team demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Derrick promptly responds to my requirements and manages to secure a car rental for me on relatively short notice. During the car collection process, his team is thorough, providing me with all the necessary information. Overall, the rental experience has been highly satisfactory, and I intend to continue renting from them in the future.

The rental process itself was smooth and efficient, thanks to Derrick's expertise and attention to detail. He patiently guided us through the necessary paperwork and explained all the terms and conditions clearly, ensuring that we fully understood our obligations as renters.

Car suddenly had a breakdown and I needed a replacement car to use for the day. Was browsing through SgCarMart and looking for car rentals that suit my budget. Came across CarQuotes and the location was near to me hence tried giving the company a call to check if got any availability due to last minute. Lucky for me. They had a few cars available in my budget range. Decided to go down and have a look. Rental process was seamless. Looked at the available options based on budget. Provided details. Immediately got the car ready for me. Thanks to CarQuotes my plans were not disrupted. They also had a wide selection of vehicles available for rental. Me and my spouse were on the lookout for a ride for a special occasion. We had spoken to several dealers but were quite disappointed with a lack of professionalism, unclear answers, and non-replies. In addition, we were also scammed by a dealer who received a booking deposit but went missing,

It was frustrating until we met Derrick from Carquotes. He was professional, clear in his replies, and quick to answer any queries we had. He was also straightforward in his dealings with integrity. Derrick is a good example of professionalism in the sales field. We have booked a ride through him as well.

Bent and his team were very helpful in catering to my rental needs. In my 3rd month of rental, the car couldn't start and he was vey helpful in arranging the towing. Received a replacement car immediately and the original car was fixed the day after.
