We had an unexpected breakdown in the middle of a highway in Malaysia during a road trip with 3 adults and 2 kids. The heat was intense, and we were getting bitten by mosquitoes while stranded roadside — it was a stressful situation, to say the least.

But thankfully, lylo really stepped up.

Despite the urgency, they were incredibly easy to reach — just a quick WhatsApp message with some simple details, and they sprang into action. Their response time and clarity were impressive. They quickly arranged a replacement car with a driver, allowing us to continue our journey in comfort and safety.

To top it all off, they refunded the entire rental and even arranged a luxury vehicle to pick us up from Seremban and drop us right at our doorstep in Singapore.

Special thanks to Hendrick and Jy, who worked patiently and professionally behind the scenes to make all this happen. Their dedication, calm approach, and genuine care made all the difference during a difficult moment.

This level of service and compassion is rare these days. Lylo didn't just provide a car rental — they gave us peace of mind and showed what true customer service looks like.

Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be using lylo again. Thank you for turning a stressful experience into a smooth and memorable one.

Thank you Lylo transportation for the smooth deal even at last minute request...we were upgraded fm Noah to Alphard some more due to some technical issue with Noah..awesome cars n tip top condition..Will definitely come back when we need to rent a car..Fully recommended guys..they will send n collect the car at your doorstep..Well done Lylo - Norida Hassan (Honey)

Strongly recommend going to them for car rental. This is our second time renting our car from them. Application n getting the car is the a breeze. Even though this time we had a hiccup (our own problem) during our rental, they are very fast n professional in handling n solving our problem. Their staffs are very fast in responding n tries their best to solve our problem. We are very assured in using their services. Car is very clean n in good condition too. Most important is their staff's service n attitude. Special thanks to Kok How for handling our case so professionally. Our first choice for car rental. Strongly recommend - Grace Tay Mantou
