I rented a car for the weekend from Fiona, who was professional, responsive, and clear in her communication. The car itself was great. By a stroke of (un)luck, one of the tyres got a puncture on a Sunday. I called the team immediately and was assisted by Joe and Didi. Didi arrived at my location quickly with a replacement car while he took the original to get fixed. Despite the very heavy downpour (visibility was terrible) and limited repair shop options on a Sunday, Didi managed to get the car repaired and returned to me within two hours. Throughout the process, Fiona, Joe, and Didi were incredibly responsive and made sure the whole situation was as hassle-free as possible — which I really appreciated. We swapped our lease company to Bizlink due to a need to change to specific car type. I was nervous to make this change as the previous company were fantastic. Being with Bizlink for almost 12 month we have no complaints. Raymond and his team are awesome. Raymond sourced our car, provided fantastic support throughout the change and even since he and his team have done nothing but go above and beyond. I lease an Audi A4 from Bizlink. I must say the service from them is first class. Sourcing the car was straightforward and I have had a couple of issues since taking the car - one was a battery problem with the key. Each time the response was very prompt and efficient. - Paul Cooper
