Had a really great experience with Cheng Chuan Motor, especially with Ah Kun, who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no hard selling. Ah Kun took the time to inspect the damage on my Lexus RX300 and patiently explained the different options available to me. He gave me a few choices — whether to repair and respray just the damaged side door and bumper, or to take the opportunity to respray the whole car. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each option and left the decision entirely to me without any pressure. In the end, I decided to have the car repaired and resprayed, and Cheng Chuan Motor did an excellent job. The workmanship was very good, the damaged areas were repaired beautifully, and the respray on my Lexus RX300 came out looking fantastic. I’m very happy with the end result. It’s not easy to find a workshop that combines good workmanship, honest advice, reasonable options and genuinely good customer service. Brought in my Mecedes E300 AMG Line to get a door and a fender repair and respray after some damages and scratches. Cheng Chuan Motor did an incredible job matching original factory colour. Highly recommended! Roger really went above and beyond for us. Did a full body repaint at Cheng Chuan Motors, along with wrap removal, body kit, and headlight/rearlight install. Really happy with how everything turned out. The owner handled everything, so it was very convenient as a one-stop place. Didn’t have to deal with multiple shops. The repaint was the main highlight. He recommended a white gold flake colour and it came out really nice — clean in normal lighting and shines nicely under the sun. With the coating, the gloss and finish look very solid. Bodykit fitment was also very well done — everything lines up nicely and looks flush, not like those poorly fitted kits you sometimes see. Overall workmanship was good with attention to detail. After service was great as well. The owner took the time to go through the car with me and helped with final touch-ups to make sure everything was right. Overall a very good experience.
