Living in the vicinity and noting exorbitant agents charges as well as rising prices with the likes of MBM wheelpower whom I used to go to, I discovered this garage in the Caltex Frankel station. They seem to service quite a lot of cars including Mercedes. My Lexus had one wiper malfunctioning ( unbelievable ) and if I brought it to Borneo - they will just change the motor and charge a 4 figured sum. Thought I'd give it a try - 3 hours later and about costing $160- it was repaired. Some pin got loose but the mechanism had to be opened. No trouble since then. Then another problem - Xenon HID light blew - sent it to them to replace. Usually very expensive I have been told. They just found a faulty connection and sorted it all out ( shame on Lexus QC ) - about $80.00 for labour as they had to remove the entire light complex to discover the fault. The bulb complex would have set me back over $200.00 minus labour in Lexus. Have built a good relationship and he now looks after all the cars in the family. No cheap but fair and reliable.
