Melvin, his father, uncle and auntie provided a very comprehensive and thoughtful service. Even as a first-timer to their shop, they were very warm and patient with my questions and doubts. Melvin took it in his stride to entertain any question thrown at him and provided sound and honest advice.
While I am not skilled in this business, to the casual observer, the ease by which they carried out their work and the professionalism are outstanding. You can tell that they are experts in this field and have been in the business for a long time. While I was there, customer after customer would come by to get their tyres fixed. There was no break in action. The shop runs like clockwork and everyone works well together. When the tyres I wanted were not immediately available because the partner shop refused to deliver it because they were having lunch, Melvin took it upon himself to drive over personally to pick the tyres up. Top quality service.
