I have to say I logged in specifically to leave a good review for the good ppl at NHT and was quite surprise by the one terrible review they received. My experience was the complete opp.

Due to my own carelessness, my car was badly damaged at the rear passenger door. It was a new car and obviously I felt the heartache to see such a nice car damaged by by own doing.

Anyhow went to a couple of workshops that were highly recommended online with no less than 50 great reviews. First one in Sin Ming. Was quoted $1200 and had to leave the car for 5 days. Said minimum will still be 4 days if he can put in an extra hand to help. Told me that they are using branded paint for the job and that's why cost so much. Also the damage is quite bad and will take a lot of work and can't guarantee that it will look 100% Like what it was before. To replace with new door would have cost me >3k. Was actually going to leave it with them but decided to ask around abit more.

Next went to AMK autopoint, Another of the highly recommended workshop. A lady served me. Brought me to their partnering shop that does the paint job. Was quoted $1800 and 6 days work. I was shocked. Again told me difficulty of the job and that if I want can use cheaper paint from another shop but will still come up to ~1600. So I said no.

Then went to NHT whom a friend and i found while we were looking for a repair shop for his car when his front bonnet was damaged by a hit and run when his car was parked some time back. Recall they had reasonable pricing and did a great job for my friend's car. Managed to locate the place as all from memory and it was a bit out of place for me. They quote me about half of what the first shop in Sin Ming quoted and needed only 2 days. Hey savings is savings. So left the car with them. Picked up 2 days later and car looking like new. Even my rim that was badly scratched was flawless. Could not have known that I had damaged the car if not for the deep scratch on the tyre. The paint job was done so well that it is smoother than my other areas of the car that had a ceramic coating on. They also helped me to save some money by helping to repair the badly scratched door handle. Saying they will try and if cannot then I can consider replacing the handle which he was certain I would not need. BTW the other workshops all told me I had to replace the handle as it is unlikely that can be helped.

So all in all I am a very happy man. Price quoted was all in as well and I was afraid they might pull the GST trick but no, price quoted was the net price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good panel beating and spray paint workshop.

Went there for car servicing after accident, did not align parts properly and lied about service charges, worst part was that they refused to produce an invoice and claim that additional payment has to be made to view the invoice. Lied about replacing of new parts which was just merely spray painted and knocked back to shape.
Quotes were only released after repairs which then forced me to paid for the repairs only after it has been done, very dishonest practice, refused to pick up my calls, and even blocked my telephone number subsequently, do not patronize their service,
