Went on a Sunday to get a slow leak fixed.
Balding long hair dude tried ramming tool in and out of hole to find nail/ debris, jabbed all over the hole and said couldn't find anything. Patched with rubber strip thing but tested to still have leak, said nail was probably two headed that's why tore two holes... Really?
Said still have to pay for patch so might as well change a new tire. Recommended a used tire for 45 bucks which looked worn and less than 5mm thread left..
After installation, asked if balancing was done, worker there said rear tires don't need to be balanced..
Will never go thr again and I suggest that unless it's an emergency fix.

After doing a wheel rotation here, the steering vibrates at 90kmph. I went back to the shop to get the staff to check whether the tyre was balanced properly. The staff said vibration is normal and refused to check. There was no vibration before I did the wheel rotation.

Do NOT go. The boss charged me $10 just to look at my tyre and tell me it is flat. I asked him if he can patch or pump some air so i can get home 5mins from his shop, he said no. BUT that i still have to pay him $10. I was with 2 young kids so i paid. Terrible boss and older staff. The younger man there was ok.

An excellent example of a Venus Fly Trap. Was charged $10 for a simple tire patching on 1tire that usually cost between $6 to $8 depending on location. Avoid if possible!!!
