Rented a Toyota Rush from them. Took a MRT to Gombak station and their shop is directly in the station. Done up the paper work and waited for the guys to collect the car. Waited for a while as I was told that the car was parked somewhere else. Car was clean and in good condition. Price was one of the lowest I can find online.

I rented a brand new fit 2015 model at the bukit gombak mrt station..It was a friday, when i the outlet there where few customer sitting on the sofa..I was happy when i reach i was call by a tanned skin guy,not very sure he a malay or mix? Any when he wanna take my booking paper and procced to check car with me the guy wearing red uniform said it ok i settle then he told me u take a sit..I really dont know what cant the tanned skin guy procced with the booking since he is busy..After waited so long the told the tanned skin guy to check the car with me..I was angry and frustrated but i and glad the tanned skin guy was really nice and say i am sorry for what happen just now and he check and explain the car very detail with me..I hope the guy in the red uniform will be more friendly and know how to manage customer next time..The car was clean and no fault smell..Thumb up

Been renting cars from them regularly. Car is always properly washed and cleaned before handing over. Very pleased with the service. Prices are competitive too. Staff remembers me by name too.

I would like to share my view on this company. I rented a car from them to travel to Malaysia. On the day, they called me up to inform me that the car was ready for collection, upon reaching their office, the car was already parked outside the office waiting for me to pick up. The car had just been washed and vacuum and was relatively good condition. I was impressed by the efficiency of the staffs.

Rented a Suzuki Swift from them. Car condition was good and clean. Their location is walking distance to Bukit Gombak MRT, definetly an advantage for them. Process for renting a car is also simple, will go back to them if i require to use a car again.

Convenient Location and Great Service. Rented a Nissan latio from them from 26th - 30th Dec. Car was clean and in good condition. Plus point is definetly the friendly staffs, always cheerful and explained the details clearly to me before handing over the car. Will definetly rent a car from them again when I need to use a car. Rented a "Honda Civic VTI 1.6L (auto transmission)" from 17-20 December 2010. For a weekend package of $230. The interior of the car is not thoroughly cleaned as the previous renter of that car returned it around 5:40pm, 17 December. Smoke smell still persist in the car. The overall exterior of the car was OK, although there are small scratches and dents here and there. The male salesperson explained/mumbled the terms of rental QUICKLY as if he's late for the MRT!!. Conveniently located near Bukit Gombak MRT Station. About 10 minutes' leisure walk from MRT Station to the place. A Definite advantage is that there is no deposit required for car rental. They may want to bring in more choices of car for rental. Advance Car Rental should keep track of its loyal customers; they should have LOYALTY PROGRAM for loyal customers .I've to repeat my particulars AGAIN when this is my 2nd time (2010) officially booking a car from Advance Car Rental.

Rented a Mazda 3 a few months ago. Both interior and exterior of the car was amazingly clean. Not many rental companies have kept the condition of the car this clean. Sales staff explained clearly the terms of rental. Conveniently located near MRT station (Bukit Gombak). Staff also inform about the No smoking/eating rule which i respect. Overall a good experience.They may want to bring in more choices of car for rental.
