As posted by Jexus77, do not expect the plates to be made within 15 minutes. But i'm sure a day or two is worth the wait with that kind of value.

Jeff is a friendly and straight forward Boss. Although very busy, he is very accommodating to complete the task.
Be prepared to wait for 24hrs for the plates as he is unable to make them within 15mins.
I made two trips, first to chose the type and place a token deposit and second to collect and install.
Vehicle plate was nicely done and family member was impressed with the result.
