This morning, my car's battery went flat.
Tried to call several branded shops with many good ratings, all were a let down. Until I contacted Mr. Edmund from BTR Enterprise.

It was straight forward, he asks what car I drive, if I have model/series of the current battery. I gave the information, he asked for my address. He quoted me a very reasonable figure, and the deal was verbally made.

Less than 20 minutes later he was already in my Condo carpark.

Edmund is very helpful, very neat and organised in doing the work. He even checked my dynamo starter and the alternator; Showed me the readings from the multimeter and gave me his assessment.

Overall a well recommended service for battery change, especially roadside assistance.

Don't let the big, well-known and famous branded shops affect your judgement, because sometimes, the small fish can give one superb service.
