Auto Image Pte Ltd truly deserves every one of these five stars. I brought my car in to install a third-party seat cushion, but unfortunately the product itself had several production flaws. The foam supplied by the manufacturer was excessively hard, which altered the intended seating position of the factory seat. Instead of sitting in the correct ergonomic position, I was pushed into an awkward posture that resulted in significant discomfort and aggravated my sciatic pain.

Rather than simply installing it and sending me on my way, the team at Auto Image patiently diagnosed the root cause and worked through multiple trial-and-error solutions until they found the right fix. They even replaced the manufacturer's hard foam with a more suitable material, restoring the proper seating position and making the seat far more comfortable.

What impressed me most wasn't just their technical expertise, it was their commitment to getting the job done properly. They spent extra time resolving problems that weren't of their own making, never took shortcuts, and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to stand behind their workmanship were evident throughout the entire process.

Before I came to Auto Image, I had my vehicle seats cover installed by an unscrupulous vendor. After the dismay, I tried my luck by calling 3 vendors found on Google at around 630pm. Only Auto Image PL Joleen picked up my call, she politely and patiently answers to my queries without any hurry. Soon I met her at the factory, she gave more information of her products. Without hesitation, I placed the order. The black leather combined with the pearl color threading installed was very beautiful, smooth and comfy. The workmanship was very refine and no pops too! Auto Image PL has proven to me that they are honest, experience and efficient. Also congrats that they have a very professional and kind sales lady, Joleen in their organization 👍! My son just received his used car today and I noticed that the original steering wheel was sticky. Through a recommendation from my friend, I have contacted Miss Joleen from Auto Image Pte to wrap the steering wheel at about 1pm. After hearing that I need to hand over the car to my son by 6pm, Miss Joleen immediately arrange one of her staff to proceed to the workshop at Kaki Bukit, removed the wheel and brought it back to her workshop in Ubi and brought back the wheel and installed it back to my son's car within 4 hours. The full leather wrapping was so comfortable to touch and when my son took over the car, the first time he said was " what a beautiful steering wheel and it smell so nice". My son is going to enjoy the next 15 months driving his car with such a comfortable and beautiful steering wheel.
