I would like to give a shout out to Kun for being so responsive in our WhatsApp communication. The moment I spoke with Kun and Vincent (did i get that right?), they made me feel very comfortable and confident that they know their stuff (I visited another 2 workshop with quite good Google reviews, and made me feel unsure and uncertain whether to proceed) I had an unfortunate small accident which requires little touch up and minor panel beating. The price was reasonable. Kun was professional and didn't promise me that I can have the car that quickly but said he would update me as soon as possible. In the end i managed to retrieve within 1.5 days despite them having many other jobs on hand. Saved me lots of grab fare! If I ever need to touch up and respray the car, it's no doubt I'll go back to them. *updates* Noticed the paneling not straight (I'm have some ocd) and requested for rework which they agreed without hesitation after take a look. Kun had accountability and requested for his boss Royston to take a look. In the end, Roger took the time to explain on their intended remedial action. He said no promise that it would be perfect but they will do their best. Guess what, it looked really good today when I picked it up! Thank you Kun for the constant voice message and updates on the progress as you knew I needed the car to run errands for my kid. These young peeps and hardworking staffs really know their stuff! Updates 20May25: My hubs had an minor accident hitting another car over the weekend. He was equally impressive at the friendly service, prompt follow up, price quoted and speed of repair from Cheng Chuan. Kun even replied to me on Sunday when the accident happened. He tried his best to cross check with his boss on the matter and gave us advice. You dont feel the need to be driving expensive car in order to get more attention.
