First time doing my car servicing at this workshop and was assited by Rodger. Some positive points to note include fast response, taking time to explain the basic servicing needs and also provide recommendation on parts replacement, proper price breakdown and nice cleaning of the car after servicing. Can’t comment much on technical expertise yet as there was no issue required for troubleshooting. It will be good if next time they can walk through all the checking done on the car, with checklist is even better and show the old parts & new parts being replaced.
