One of the worst rental companies to deal with. Provided a dirty and broken car. Dont rent their mazda or kia carrens. Rented a white mazda from them that overheated 3 times in a span of 2 months. Gave me a replacement car that also overheated the same day. Had great advice too! Told me to just continue driving with the engine warning light on, just ignore it! When informing the company and the owner, they said that its my fault for not topping up coolant everyday? (Coolants are supposed to be topped up once every one or two years at most). Afterwards continue to blame me. I demanded a refund and deposit back, at the end they gave me my deposit back but withheld some money from my prorated days because they said "I broke contract" And failed to maintain fluids in the car. They failed to understand that in their contract it also states that the car is in perfect running condition. Overall, just dont trust their cars, rather spend a little bit more than working with these guys… customer service horrible as well

I found Alex on sgcarmart renting their vehicles, arranged to view their Volkswagen golf, but went to the workshop instead of their place, he offered to send me a lift even though he wasn't sure I will rent from him. Even when the Volkswagen golf was not available, he offered me A4 for the time being while waiting for it, when the A4 had problem, he immediately offered to change another A4 on the same day without any questions.
