1. Entice me to rent a car with rates lower than market rates, and started with fast and responsive reply almost immediately.
2. When I start my contract, they further entice me to pay additional payments (lower monthly installments), and I made 1 additional month payment (as renewal)- as far as I am aware with other Car Rentals, none of them kept asking to make advance payments almost every other day.
3. With 2 months rental paid, the car was being towed (because they do not own the car and seems that they owe their rental partner money, hence the towing)
4. When I bring the car for servicing, their contractor seems to be displeased that they are well known to delay/ or does not make payment for the services rendered.
5. Continue to entice me to renew the car with further monthly rental and "Lucky draw"; Which did not happen IMO.
6. 2-3 weeks later, the car was towed again the 2nd time.
7. They assured me is a technical issue and further entice me to make additional payment.
8. Feeling uncomfortable, I decided not to renew after my contract period.
9. With 2 weeks left in my contract and my deposit, they requested an early termination and promised to refund my money.
10. When I asked for the refund date, they refer to the contract, that Deposit is refundable only after 2 working weeks and Jordan (the boss) push me to their accounts; Christina.
11. When I contact Christina, she did not reply firmly on the refund date.
12. I went back to Jordan, and he gave me another number of Christina; Which the message was not able to send through.
13. Came back to Jordan, he MIA me.
14. During the entire loan period, whatever he promised; 6 days rental waiver; Due to the towing of car, Grab fare to pick up the towed car and parking fees they incurred for parking at their company premises were unfulfilled; It gave me the feeling that their intention was to default all their terminated contracts.

**Btw, all their staffs were unresponsive or contactable immediately once I terminate the contract with them.
So please rent at your own risk.
