The Stellantis Group has axed all internal-combustion engines from its range of MPVs for most European markets.
This means that customers within the European Union will only be able to purchase the passenger versions of the Citroen Berlingo and SpaceTourer, Peugeot Traveller and Rifter, as well as the Vauxhall Combo Life and Vivaro Life, as fully-electric vehicles.
Based on the EMP2 platform, the brand's small-sized MPVs are offered with a 134bhp electric motor and a 50kWh battery, while its mid-sized MPVs utilise the same electric motor, but can also be had with a 75kWh battery.
