Bentley guns SUV market with EXP 9 F
06 Mar 2012|2,567 views

Bentley showcased a full-sized SUV in concept form, likely to form the third model range for the marque. Making its debut at the Geneva Motor Show, the concept is unmistakably Bentley, borrowing styling cues and parts from the current production models.
The front facet, in typical Bentley fashion, sports a huge mesh intake. In its heart is an identical 6.0-litre W12 which has been the engine choice for its Continental range for years.
Dirk van Braeckel, Director of Design at Bentley explains, “EXP 9 F had to represent the absolute pinnacle of the sport utility sector, setting a new benchmark for this type of vehicle. The style had to reflect Bentley’s sporting character despite its radically different package and purpose together with sculptured, flowing surfaces in keeping with the Bentley tradition.”
