Callaway released renderings of the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray AeroWagon Concept. Proposed as a shooting brake version of the C7 Corvette, many thought that this car would never see the light of day.
However, according to new reports, Callaway has decided to put its shooting brake transformation for the new Corvette on the market in America. While that price tag is more than enough to purchase a nice sedan or a cheap sports car in the US, owning a Corvette C7 Stingray Shooting Brake will put buyers in a very selected group and could increase the car's value significantly.
It's believed that Callaway will begin accepting orders for the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray AeroWagon Concept from January 1st and it will only be available in North America. In addition to the dramatic visual transformation, Callaway hopes to give its mechanically modified version of the C7 the best fuel economy in the supercar segment while being able to hit a top speed of 320km/h.
