We’ve already reported on the world premieres of the 0 α (alpha) and the Super-One prototype, but that's not all Honda got up to at the 2025 Japan Mobility Show (JMS). Besides the two aforementioned models, the brand also premiered more prototypes and concepts.
The Acura RSX prototype is the first model to adopt the next gen EV platform developed independently by Honda. It also features ASIMO OS, the original Honda vehicle OS, which will enable the vehicle to learn the preferences and driving patterns of each customer.
The EV Outlier concept and new Prelude were just among a few of showcases that Honda exhibited at the 2025 JMS
The EV Outlier concept was also premiered at the event, and this new electric two-wheeled model is said to propose a new vision for motorcycles beyond 2030. It features in-wheel motors on both the front and rear wheels, achieving dynamic and low-proportion styling.
And finally, Honda also exhibited the new Prelude, described as a specialty sports model developed by fully applying an engine and technologies that Honda has perfected over many years. It is also said to carry forward the "joy of driving" into the full-fledged electrified era.
