Audi Tradition will be taking part in over a dozen national and international events this year in order to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the presentation of the Audi quattro - Audi's first step into the premium segment.

Quattro models will also sit in the limelight at other events this year, including the Goodwood Festival of Speed, Classic Days at Schloss Dyck, the Eifel Rallye in Daun and the Donau Classic as part of this special anniversary.
The Audi quattro was the first high-performance vehicle to be offered with all-wheel drive and was first presented at the Geneva International Motor Show in March 1980. The Audi quattro then went on to make its motorsport debut at the beginning of 1981 at the Janner Rallye in Austria. The all-wheel drive powerhouse from Ingolstadt revolutionised the international rally and racing scene from that point on.
