BMW X5 clinches top honours in 2025 Rebelle Rally

After eight days and 2,736km of unforgiving desert terrain, the BMW X5 - piloted by Rebecca Dalski, Product Manager of BMW of North America - took first place in the 2025 Rebelle Rally Bone Stock category and second place overall in the X-Cross category for all-wheel-drive vehicles.
Taking place from 10 to 18 October 2025, the 2025 Rebelle Rally is the first women's off-road navigation rally raid in the U.S.A and is contested by an all-women field of drivers and navigators.
In the Bone Stock category, competitors are permitted no modifications beyond aftermarket wheels and tyres in the factory size, making it a true test of innate engineering capabilities. Relying solely on compasses and paper maps, Dalski gained firsthand insights into the BMW X5's performance under extreme pressure.
The X5's all-wheel drive system and potent inline-six engine also helped propel the team through diverse desert terrain and across the finish line with remarkable composure, although the rally's notorious "dunes day" pushed it to its limits and required careful planning and strategic driving to avoid getting bogged down in the soft sand.
