First up is the BYD Sealion 6 DM-i, a Cat B, plug-in hybrid model offered in front-wheel drive. It pairs a 1.5-litre engine with an electric motor that produces a combined power output of 215bhp and 300Nm of torque. Together with its 18.3kWh battery, the PHEV offers a WLTP electric range of 80km and a total combined range of 1,100km.
Inside, the model offers a host of modern features such as keyless entry and engine start, a panoramic roof, a 15.6-inch infotainment display, and front electric and ventilated seats. The Sealion 6 DM-i is offered at a roadshow exclusive price of $212,888*.
The Sealion 7 Dynamic variant is offered at a roadshow exclusive price of $197,888
Next up, the BYD Sealion 7. Offered in three variants, the one at the roadshow is the Dynamic - the more affordable Cat A SUV. It delivers a power output of 100kW and 380Nm of torque, and with its 71.8kWh battery, offers a range of 405km and 110kW DC charging. The Sealion 7 Dynamic is offered at a roadshow exclusive price of $197,888*.
The BYD Seal 6 EV is offered at a roadshow exclusive price of $159,888
On to the penultimate model: The BYD Seal 6 EV. This Cat A sedan comes with rear-wheel drive and a power output of 95kW and 220Nm of torque. It seats five comfortably, and its 56.64kWh battery offers a range of 425km and 103kW DC charging. The Seal 6 EV is offered at a roadshow exclusive price of $159,888*.
The BYD M6 MPV is offered at a roadshow exclusive price of $176,888
And finally, the BYD M6. A nifty, Cat A MPV that comfortably seats seven and offers an output of 100kW and 250Nm of torque. It also comes with a 71.8kWh battery that delivers a range of 440km and 115kW DC charging. The BYD M6 is offered at a roadshow exclusive price of $176,888*.
BYD by Jack Cars will also offer 10 years of battery warranty and free servicing* and six years of vehicle warranty*, alongside insurance rebates and one year road tax (both capped at $1,500)*, a premium solar film upgrade worth $1,200*, and 9H coating worth $800*.
