Cadillac has evolved its concept portfolio with the display of the all-electric, high-performance crossover: Elevated Velocity, at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, which was held on 15 August 2025 in California. This concept channels the essence of Cadillac's V-Series into a bold 2+2 crossover designed to exhilarate on-road and off-grid alike, while foreshadowing potential future Cadillac design cues.
The concept features a potent blend of extreme performance, cutting-edge advanced technologies, and signature bespoke luxury craftsmanship. It showcases dual experiences with stunning looks and a refined interior that elevates the state-of-being for occupants, yet its lifted platform is calibrated for daring off-road performance in the most extreme desert locales.
The Elevated Velocity concept is a continuation of what the winning formula of Cadillac V-Series performance could look like in the future
Infused with technology that enables owners to roam without bounds, Elevated Velocity explores the artful integration of technology and design. This is exemplified by the three selectable user experience modes presented in the concept: Welcome, Elevate, and Velocity.
The Elevated Velocity concept also embodies Cadillac's V-Series performance and "Art of Exhilaration" design philosophy. It was designed with four selectable driving modes, e-Velocity, Terra, Sand Vision, and Elements Defy, which unlocks the ability for drivers to experience precision on-road and power off-road, while a dual-mode drive adapts instantly to terrain and intent.
It features a Vapor Blue exterior with undertones of flinty grey inspired by glacial ice, contrasting with the fiery red interior and further exemplifying the extreme performance nature of the concept. Designed for easy entry and exit, gull-wing doors invite occupants into the vehicle, while the wheels feature a blend of flax fibre and black crystal tint acrylic.
Inside, the Elevated Velocity concept's cabin is outfitted in shades of deep red with brushed metal accents. With the Elevated user experience mode selected, a variety of in-cabin experiences are engaged. This includes interior cabin filtration, "extreme climatisation", air purification and air fragrance, and integrated red light therapy. Other cabin features also include a vault locked compartment for critical items and a bespoke polo set in the rear.
