Cadillac showcases the new CTS-V in some tyre burning action

Cadillac, an American luxury automaker, is showcasing its latest performance sedan in the usual flamboyant style - ahead of its official debut at the 2015 Detroit Motor Show.

The brand made a brief appearance in Singapore with the CTS sedan in 2010. However, unlike the 3.6-litre lump found in the luxury sedan, the V-Series gets a supercharged 6.2-litre V8 from the Chevrolet Corvette Z06. 

Although the mill may be detuned for the CTS-V, it should still deliver some serious punch. Jump to the video for some tyre burning action.
