It's official. Vertex Automobiles, after initially teasing the return of Chery here in Singapore in April 2023, has now officially stated that it will be bringing both the Omoda 5 Electric and Jaecoo 7 Plug-in Hybrid here in Singapore.
The Chery Omoda 5 Electric, which is set to arrive here by late 2023, is said to have been designed with young and trendy drivers in mind with its coupe SUV body. The Jaecoo 7 Plug-in Hybrid, meanwhile, is scheduled to make its Singapore debut in early 2024. This crossover's design here utilises muscular lines which are said to embody the rugged spirit of outdoor adventure.
