In the second round of bidding for July, Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums climbed across all categories. This latest climb sees premiums for the open category setting yet another record after breaking its former all-time high last session.
Bidders may have been more eager to place high bid this session in anticipation of higher premiums still in the coming months, following our expectation that COE supply is to drop for the quarter starting from August 2022.
