Cupra Terramar sports innovative head light technology
28 Nov 2024|125 views
With its distinctive design, the Cupra Terramar's head lights are one of its distinguishing features, sporting a three-triangle light signature.
Beyond that, the car's head lights are infused with cutting-edge technology and top-level lighting performance, with 25,000 pixels and high-definition Matrix LED Ultra technology.
One of its biggest features is the automatic Glare-free High Beam function, which detects oncoming traffic and prevents glare without reducing visibility on other areas of the road. With the light emitted separated into twelve segments, these light sectors regulate and switch off independently, adapting to the needs of the road.
The low beams offer further features such as the Lane Light Basic Function and Lane Line Indicator Function, improving the driving experience, especially at night. Another feature is the Orientation Light Basic Function, which displays lines on the ground corresponding to the car's width for ease of navigation on narrow roads.
Cupra has announced that these lighting features will soon also be available on the new Cupra Leon and Formentor.
