Delays on North-South Line from Ang Mo Kio to Raffles Place

Transport operator SMRT has warned commuters of delays along a south-bound stretch of the North-South Line (NSL) on Wednesday morning (14th February) due to maintenance work. In a Facebook post at 5:48am, SMRT said the work will be carried out in the south-bound tunnel along the line.
"Commuters travelling from Ang Mo Kio to Raffles Place on the NSL on Wednesday morning before 10:00am may experience some delay and should cater for 20 minutes of additional train travel time," it added.
"For the safety of commuters, our trains will travel slowly while approaching Raffles Place MRT station." SMRT also apologised for the delay and any inconvenience commuters might experience.
