The SUV gets redesigned front and rear bumpers, while Hyundai states that the car’s daytime running lights are now enlarged. Customers will be able to opt for an 'N Line' variant, which gets a sportier front and rear bumper and grille mesh, alongside 19-inch rims and body-coloured wheel arches.
The updated Tucson gets new front and rear bumpers, and can be had in a new Cypress Green Pearl exterior finish
The SUV is also being offered with five new colours which include Ecotronic Grey Pearl, Ultimate Red Metallic, Jupiter Orange Metallic, and Sailing Blue Pearl alongside a Cypress Green Pearl launch colour.
The Hyundai Tucson also gets a new steering wheel, dashboard, centre fascia, and armrest in its cabin. Dual curved 12.3-inch displays will serve as the driver's instrument cluster and the infotainment display, and below these the air-conditioning controls are also now accessed via a redesigned display.
The gear selector is additionally now a column type item and is now located behind the steering wheel. Hyundai has additionally updated the seats of the Tucson, so these now sport a new pattern and come in a cloth and leather combination. Customers who opt for the Tucson N Line will get additional features including red stitching, a red ring around the engine start/stop button and get their cabin upholstered in textile suede and leather trim in Obsidian Black.
The Tucson is also set to get Hyundai's Digital Key 2.0 in the U.K. later in 2024. The technology eliminates the need for traditional keys and allows users to unlock their SUV from a few metres away and start the engine of the car without needing to place the smartphone on the wireless charging pad.
Hyundai simply states that the Tucson will be offered in the U.K. with an internal combustion engine, a mild hybrid, and a plug-in hybrid, although a new two-wheel drive plug-in hybrid is also set to launch in the U.K. later in 2024.
More than 746,000 examples of the current fourth generation Hyundai Tucson have been produced for Europe at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech.
