Jaguar Land Rover launches automotive luxury e-commerce platform

Jaguar and Land Rover, together with retail partner Wearnes Automotive, have launched its online reservation platform (https://online-sales-advisor.jaguar.com.sg and https://online-sales-advisor.landrover.com.sg), offering time-poor customers the option of finding and reserving the vehicle of their choice anytime, anywhere.
"Our customers are smart and digitally savvy," says Robin Colgan, Managing Director, Asia Pacific Region. "We recognise that the way Singaporean customers shop and make decisions has changed dramatically and we are committed to keeping up with them. We believe in transparency, and this system takes all the information that our sales teams have on vehicle availability, pricing, and used car values, and places it directly in the hands of our customers."
The user-friendly site that can be accessed via our websites directs customers effortlessly through the process of selecting a vehicle. With live inventory lists literally at their fingertips, customers can select a vehicle, offer their current cars for instant valuation, and see available financing options.
"Two years ago we launched the highly successful Cyber Monday campaign where customers could bid for a specific model online. With the introduction of this e-commerce site, it builds on our continuous journey towards enhancing our customers' experience through digital innovation," explains Corinne Chua, General Manager, Wearnes Automotive.
"Our customers today are very knowledgeable and have a clear idea of what they want. They appreciate the option of gathering further information at their convenience, without multiple trips to the showroom or long calls during office hours to check availability. Customers can pay a small, fully-refundable deposit to reserve a vehicle until they are able to visit the showroom and enjoy a test drive. Jaguar and Land Rover are the first premium car brands in Singapore to offer this end-to-end service to its customers.
