Aston Martin is celebrating its return to the pinnacle of endurance motorsport by revealing the Aston Martin Valkyrie LM, an exclusive variant of the only road-derived racing hypercar to bid for overall victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Like the Valkyrie that will race on the grid for the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans, the LM is powered by a modified 6.5-litre V12 engine, tuned to an identical regulation-limited 697bhp, and uses a seven-speed transmission.
Race series-specific items in the RWD Valkyrie LM, such as ballast and FIA-regulation electronics, will be removed, with a bespoke cockpit interface tailored for track day usage and optimised for driver safety, access, and visibility, alongside a custom carbon-fibre race seat with shoulder support and headrest padding surround. In addition, its steering wheel has an integrated driver display and shift lights.
Aston Martin will also be creating a dedicated driver development programme that is tailored to support, harness, and optimise its customers' driving abilities and provide them with the ultimate topflight motorsport experience. The programme is sculpted to help them build their confidence and explore the limits of a machine on one of the most famous racetracks in the world.
Aston Martin has said that its Valkyrie LM hypercar is strictly limited to 10 units globally, with deliveries due in time for the bespoke, fully managed and immersive track day programme that will be launched in Q2 2026.
