Refreshed Hyundai Elantra for U.S.A market revealed
Hyundai has revealed the updated Elantra for the U.S.A market.
The refreshed car gets a significantly reworked front, with the grille here now split by a horizontal body-coloured element.
The LED elements in the head lights are also now thinner than before and are now connected to each other by a metallic bar. This bar also now sits below a Hyundai emblem that is now a flat, stainless-steel item. At the rear, the car's diffuser also now gets a U-shaped silver element.
The updated Elantra is also now offered in the U.S.A with new exterior colours including Ecotronic Grey, Ultimate Red, Exotic Green, and Amazon Grey.
In the cabin, the car now has new soft-touch panels on the front doors, while the design of the 4.2-inch instrument cluster has been updated. 'SEL'-trim models and above in the U.S.A also now get a 10.25-inch infotainment system as standard.
The car also now gets two added USB-C outlets for those seated at the rear, as well as one added USB-C port for front passengers. The wireless charging pad has also been redesigned. The Hyundai Elantra comes with six standard audio speakers, although 'Limited' and 'N-Line' trims will get a Bose premium audio system.
Also standard across all trim levels are new rear side airbags and a rear seat belt reminder. The Lane Keeping Assist, Blind-Spot Collision Warning, and Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist driver assistance systems also now get steering wheel feedback added for all trims of the Hyundai Elantra in the U.S.A.
